All our sumptuous rooms are equipped with remote control colour TV and DVD players, with free use of the DVD library. Wireless internet access, hair dryers, complementary bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities, are in all rooms. Magazines and books are also available for your enjoyment. There is an iron and ironing board which guests can use on request. Each room is spacious, beautifully and individually decorated.
All bedding is quality Egyptian cotton with anti allergy pillows.

Holmleigh House is a completely non smoking establishment.

Pink Room

The Pink room has twin zip and link single beds that can be put together to make a six foot king size bed, the new en suite shower room is fitted to a high standard. Overlooking the rooftops of Seaton and surrounding cliffs as well as the pretty terrace below.

The Fireplace Room

The Fireplace room is a lovely warm and peaceful space decorated in warm brown and beige. The majestic king size bed and faux fur covers will offer comfort, and hopefully a good nights sleep. This bedroom has a washbasin and private bathroom with shower for your use only, right next door.

The Family room

The Family room has a double bed and single which has a bed under. This can be pulled out, to make two single beds. A cot is also available. The beautiful large en suite bathroom has a large P shaped bath and shower. This room overlooks the lovely public gardens opposite.
