All our sumptuous rooms are equipped with remote control colour TV and DVD players, with free use of the DVD library. Wireless internet access, hair dryers, complementary bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities, are in all rooms. Magazines and books are also available for your enjoyment. There is an iron and ironing board which guests can use on request.

Each room is spacious, beautifully and individually decorated. Digital TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, dressing gowns and complementary toiletries, towels and flannels. WiFi Mini fridges with fresh milk. All with top quality beds to guarantee you a good nights sleep.

All bedding is quality Egyptian cotton with anti allergy pillows.

Pink Room

The Pink room has twin zip and link single beds that can be put together to make a six foot king size bed, the new en suite shower room is fitted to a high standard. Overlooking the rooftops of Seaton and surrounding cliffs as well as the pretty terrace below.

The Fireplace Room

The Fireplace room is a lovely warm and peaceful space decorated in warm brown and beige. The majestic king size bed will offer comfort, and hopefully a good nights sleep. This is a romantic room, with an en-suite shower room, with spacious shower.

The Front Room

This lovely large comfortable guest bedroom with armchairs and a very comfortable double bed looks out over the pretty gardens and bowling green. The luxuriously spacious bathroom has a large bath and shower.

A travel cot, single bed and put u up bed are also available for the front room.

Guests can relax in the lounge, where there is a large selection of books, magazines and games. In the winter months enjoy the roaring log fire.
